H_002 - In my spare time, I've been experimenting and researching. This is what I've discovered over the years (broadly speaking)... in some cases, I've also included opinions or ideas that I haven't been able to test but thought were clever...
The concepts listed with the letters 'A...' and 'B...' are the fruit of the experience of someone who has lived almost always in the countryside, so they're partly connected to that living environment. In particular, those listed with 'B...' were part of a booklet I printed, the source file of which I've lost. Those listed with 'C...' are opinions, while those with 'D...' are other information. I also wanted to point out that some of these tips are quick and easy to apply, while others aren't at all or require a very long time: for example, after 20 years, I'm still trying to improve my nutrition. Generally, these concepts can be used individually, although they represent my perception or experiences and obviously contain information only based on what I've understood and experienced. Having never had certain experiences (for example, "a pilgrimage in the desert" or "a cruise on the sea"), my descriptions and assessments obviously can't take them into account. The same goes for other specific types of resources that I haven't been able to afford (e.g., certain minerals, or certain objects, etc.).
