A_201 - I don't know if you've ever heard the saying "happiness is a muscle." Personally, I know there's a muscle in the back that, when properly stimulated, produces a feeling of well-being that quickly rises from the base of the spine to the head. It's a gesture you can perform on command, knowing how to use that particular muscle, which is linked to a specific way of breathing. I learned it by chance while meditating. Personally, however, I rarely use it because I generally believe it's something that happens spontaneously when necessary, and in any case, it doesn't mean it doesn't have some side effects I'm unaware of.
