A_009 - Adopt a vegan/plant-based or fruitarian diet if possible. Avoid products made with animal products (except animal-friendly wool). I personally recommend a breakfast of just fruit or fruit and vegetable smoothies. It's a great way to start the day and has never caused me any energy deficits at work. Many people love the taste of meat or fish, but they don't realize the disastrous effect on the body. Eating meat or fish creates putrefaction in the stomach. Salad is the exact opposite: it creates a mental resistance when we try to eat it, but then it provides incredible benefits to our body. I've personally seen visible positive effects by trying to eat salad consistently for lunch and dinner after just two days, with excellent results. I've also noticed pieces of meat glowing almost magically or smelled an extremely pleasant aroma, but in any case, even in those cases, it's best not to give in to temptation. However, conceptually, it's undeniable that animals, by nature, have the right to move and that they scream or try to save themselves when someone tries to kill them, so depriving them of this right to move is still a crime against nature. This is also why factory farms are terrible, and those who support them by purchasing that type of food must somehow also reckon with the fact that, in some way, they will have to pay personally or professionally for their unintelligent choice. In any case, vegetables are also living beings, and to be intellectually honest, I must say that we kill them to eat them, but it's equally true that some would die anyway at the end of the season (so, unlike factory farmed animals, conceptually it's not as serious), and that's why, ultimately, fruit is the best food of all.
